I have just sold my property with the support of Pointons estate agents. From the valuation & listing through to sale completion Pointons have been constantly in contact with us with updates regarding the sale. The sale was made complicated by the aspects of international sale and a land registry issues which Ciaran took in his stride and worked with us to find appropriate solicitor representation and also acted brilliantly as an bridge between all parties involved. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

These lads at pointons lee and steve were fantastic on our sale it took 9 months to complete and if it wasnt for lee at the start and then steve we would not of known what was going on,our end was ready it was all the others in the chain changing minds and chain somehow getting longer without us knowing until steve found out they keeped us informed at every stage.To long a story to go into but please dont have any dout using this company. We initially brought a property that was sold via Pointons Sales Nuneaton. The team kept us informed of what was happening during the purchase and liaised with our solicitor to facilitate a seamless sale. We then went on to let 2 properties via the letting team. I have found all members of the team to be extremely efficient, polite and enthusiastic. They found tenants very quickly and I feel confident, leaving the properties in their hands. I certainly recommend Pointons Nuneaton for both sales and lettings.

We sold our property with Pointons and from our valuation right through to completion Lee and the Pointons team were so informative and extremely helpful! They even suggested a property tappeared on their books that fit our search criteria and we ended up buying through them too! Lee was a great point of contact and ensured to answer any enquires we had quickly and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble for them, we were kept really up to date with the status of our chain and Lee was in contact with all parties involved to keep us in the loop. Pretty sure this is our forever home but should we need estate agent services again we will definitely be using Pointons!
